TRANSPARENT PRICING

How Our Pricing Works

Every cleanout is different, which is why we provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins. No hidden fees — you'll know your final price before we start.

Every job is a two-partner crew. Your flat rate covers both partners' labor — no subcontractors, no hourly clock, no surprise add-ons. Two sets of hands, one written price.

01

We Evaluate

We assess the job — labor, hauling, disposal, and any items worth reselling.

02

We Quote

You get a flat, written price before we start. $600 minimum (two-partner crew). No hourly, no surprises.

03

We Credit

Valuable items? We sell them and credit your bill. The more we recover, the less you pay.

CONSIGNMENT OPTION

Have a high-value item you don't want or need?

Don't throw it away — and don't settle for a flat credit. Ask about our consignment option. We list, store, and sell your item on your behalf, then split the net proceeds on a tiered scale — the higher it sells for, the bigger your share. You keep up to 80% on high-value items.

Inquire About Consignment

Consignment Commission — By Sale Price

When you choose consignment, we sell your item and split the net proceeds. The higher the sale price, the more you keep — our commission drops as your item's value goes up.

Sale PriceOur CommissionYou Keep
Under $50040%60%
$500 – $1,49935%65%
$1,500 – $4,99930%70%
$5,000+20–25%75–80%

The exact commission adjusts based on the item and how hard it is to resell or move off our lot — harder-to-sell or slow-moving items may carry a higher commission. Consignment is optional and separate from your cleanout fee. Terms are agreed in writing before any items leave the property.

Minimum Service Charge

$600

We never roll the trailer for less than $600 — that's $300 per partner for our two-man crew, covering fuel, time, and overhead on every job, big or small.

Priority Expediting Fee

$150

Need it done within 48 hours? Add the priority fee and we'll move you to the front of the schedule.

Multi-Day Jobs

Additional Cost

Jobs requiring an additional day to complete will incur additional charges — always discussed with you before work begins.

Job-Based Pricing

No Hourly

You get a flat, written quote before we start. No watching the clock — the price is the price, no matter how long it takes.
